RAILROAD REPAIRER LEADER

Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element):
Ability to do the work of an RAILROAD REPAIRER LEADER without more than normal supervision which includes performing common Railroad Repairer Leader duties as appropriate. I can safely assist and direct other employees engaged in railroad repair work; pass on instructions; and provide information to supervisor on status of progress of work. I have general experience of performing work in accordance with drawings, sketches, blue prints, specifications, and own knowledge of railroad needed repairs. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. Ability to Interpret Instructions, Specification, etc.Ability To Lead or SuperviseAbility To Use and Maintain Tools and EquipmentDexterity and SafetyWork Practices (includes keeping things neat, clean and in order)
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
