Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element):
Ability to do the work of an RAILROAD REPAIRER LEADER without more than normal supervision which includes performing common Railroad Repairer Leader duties as appropriate. I can safely assist and direct other employees engaged in railroad repair work; pass on instructions; and provide information to supervisor on status of progress of work. I have general experience of performing work in accordance with drawings, sketches, blue prints, specifications, and own knowledge of railroad needed repairs. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
