Nuclear - Scheduler

This position supports Project Managers and Senior Project Controls Specialists on varying size projects.
Develops and maintains work breakdown structure, schedule, and change control documentation.
Tracks and reports project variance to plan analysis, earned value and critical path analyses at a level appropriate for the project.
Maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
Support the resolution of quality issues.
Complete assignments (proposals, project tasks, reports, etc) within negotiated budgets and schedules.
Basic
Qualifications:
Associate Degree in technical or business curriculum plus completion of five (5) years relevant experience, or a Baccalaureate Degree plus completion of two (2) years relevant experience, or have completed seven (7) years relevant and equivalent experience, 7-10 years experience using Primavera 6.
Previous experience scheduling new and retrofit projects inside an operating power plant or similar industrial facility.
Lead the development, maintenance and distribution of effective computerized schedules for major projects.
Analyze these schedules to minimize duration and risk, while optimizing resources and critical equipment and personnel availability.
Provide project coordination/planning for development for assigned projects.
This includes technical understanding of the related issues and demonstrating the capability to communicate effectively orally and in writing about these projects.
Evaluate design change modifications to assist in implementation scope control and schedule development.
Create specialized schedule and resource reports for line managers and other users Required Skills:
Primavera P6 Preferred Skills:
Projectview; Access BS Degree or a combination of education plus equivalent work experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
