Power generation client is currently seeking a Project Controls Scheduling Specialist to provide experienced and seasoned leadership in the development, analysis and maintenance of major construction project schedules at the Brunswick Nuclear Site in Southport, NC. This is a 7 month CONTRACT position, with the possibility of extension. Local candidates are preferred, but per diem will be considered for highly qualified candidates. Must be able to obtain a nuclear security clearance.
Responsibilities for the Scheduler
Analyze, integrate, trend and forecast schedule information for projects
Provide leadership to the project team in tracking and trending project status
Requirements for the Scheduler
2-year technical degree or 4-year non-technical degree
15
years of experience in project management or Project Controls with expert knowledge and experience in scheduling
MS Project and Primavera knowledge
Knowledge of project control related activities associated with design, procurement and construction management
